How do I find the right product for me?

At The Rig, we pride ourselves on helping our customers find the best product. If you are unsure about a product choice or need some advice, you can book an appointment here to visit our warehouse to try on the products.

Do you have size guides?

Yes size guides can be found along with product information once you have selected to view an item.

How long will my delivery take?

Hong Kong deliveries will take 1-3 working days.

Asia wide deliveries will take 3-5 working days

Will I receive an order confirmation for my transaction?

Yes once you have submitted your order we will send a confirmation email.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email?

Please email us with the following details: your name, delivery address and items ordered stating you have not received a confirmation email. We will then look into this matter for you.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible, if your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure.

What do I do if I have a faulty product?

If you believe a product you have purchased from us has a fault and it is still within a reasonable length of time since purchase (within 6 weeks) please contact us at clara@therighk.com with an image and description of the fault. We will exchange or refund you with the same value of the product in gift vouchers. The length of time and the exchange and refund is at our discretion.
